I understand that many practices claim to be inclusive and accessible, but when the reality hits and you show up to the class and feel like you can’t do anything.

This feeling is something I do my very best to avoid. I have experience working with all age groups, as well as all different levels of physical activity. I have learned how to adapt a practice to the bodies that come to class and not the other way around where you feel like you have to fit yourself into a practice.
